"Israel killed 134 Palestinians, including 35 children. Most were shot at checkpoints--the numbers of checkpoints increased to more than 472 in the West Bank. There were licenses to 37.335 settlement "units". Settlement construction increased by 57 % last year. As for land theft, Israel confiscated more than 12.326 dunes of Palestinian lands in West Bank and Gaza (not counting Palestinian lands of 1948). Israeli occupation destroyed 1023 homes and installation in the West Bank and Jerusalem. Israeli also uprooted more than 6500 olive trees in Jerusalem and West Bank".

Beim immer sehr lesenswerten +972mag kann man sich mittlerweile vorstellen, dass die Annektion zumindest von Teilen der Westbank in nicht mehr allzu ferner Zukunft liegt.

P.S.: +972 ist die internationale Vorwahl für Israel und meist auch für die Palästinensischen Gebiete obwohl deren offizielle Vorwahl +970 lautet. Wikipedia hat Details.
